Two more last-minutes CFPs: The Society for Analytic Feminism will hold their second conference from 4-6 April 2008 at the University of Kentucky, Lexington:
“The Society invites the submission of papers that address feminist issues in any are of philosophy, including philosophy of language, philosophy of science, metaphysics, race theory, normative ethics, metaethics, Kantian ethics, social and political philosophy, philosophy of law, ancient philosophy, rational choice theory, and epistemology. The general theme of the conference is an examination of the relationship between analytical feminism and these areas of philosophy …”
Speakers include Louise Antony, Ann Cudd, Robin Dillon, Julia Driver, Ann Garry, Sally Haslanger, Miriam Solomon, Mariam Thalos, Charlotte Witt, and Alison Wylie. Papers should be about 20 minutes reading time, prepared for blind review, and emailed to either Anita Superson or Sharon Crasnow by this Thursday, 1 November 2007.
