1. I don't see any reason why grad students could not submit papers. 
2. I think multiple submissions may cause too much work for the review committee, so one would be best.

		<description>I should add that we have an &lt;a href="http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=265742475" rel="nofollow"&gt;iTunes account&lt;/a&gt; -- I think it should still work -- such that when we get the podcasts going, it will be possible to subscribe via iTunes and then just download the podcasts to your iPod, along with Ira Glass and Melvyn Bragg, and listen to them wherever you like.</description>
